No. The Oasis does not provide dosing recommendations, usage instructions, or any form of medical guidance. Providing such information would conflict with the research-only nature of these products. Our peptide reconstitution calculator is provided as a mathematical reference tool only and does not constitute medical advice.
Ordering & Payment
We currently accept CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment instructions are provided at checkout. We are working to add credit card processing in the near future — check our Discord or Blog for updates on when that goes live.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, most payment processors restrict or prohibit transactions for research peptide vendors. To keep the operation running smoothly and pricing competitive, we currently accept CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle — all of which are instant, free, and widely used. Payment instructions are provided at the end of checkout. We appreciate your understanding.
A Kit contains 10 vials of the selected product and size. A Half Kit contains 5 vials. A Single Vial is one vial. Kits and half kits are sourced internationally on a weekly batch cycle. Single vials ship domestically from existing stock and cannot be combined with kits in the same order.

Yes. We collect only the minimum information required to fulfill your order (name, shipping address, and contact). We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Shipping addresses are used solely for delivery purposes.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are batched on a weekly cycle — all orders placed between Monday 12:00 AM and Sunday 11:59 PM are grouped together and placed as a single bulk order. That shipment is then sent to the US, which typically takes around 2 weeks but can take up to 3. Once it arrives, orders are broken out and shipped domestically via USPS, at which point you'll receive a tracking number. The full process averages 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or stock availability, so we appreciate your patience. Shipping covers both the international leg from our source and domestic delivery to you, so pricing reflects both costs.
Kits & Half Kits: $35.00 flat for up to 5 kits or half kits in a single order, then an additional $3.00 per kit beyond that.
Single Vials: $7.48 flat rate regardless of how many single vials are in your order — this covers domestic shipping only since single vials are fulfilled from existing stock. Note that single vial availability is limited and not always offered.

We currently ship domestically within the United States only. International orders are not available through the standard checkout process because different logistics, customs regulations, and fulfillment timelines apply — and we can't always guarantee fulfillment for every country. If you're located outside the US and would like to inquire about an order, reach out directly via Discord or oasisresearch.shop@gmail.com and we'll let you know what's possible.
Kits and single vials cannot be combined in the same order because they ship through different fulfillment paths. Kits are sourced internationally on a weekly batch cycle and take 2–3 weeks to arrive. Single vials are shipped domestically from existing stock, usually much faster. Combining them would either delay your single vials unnecessarily or require us to pay domestic shipping twice. To get both, simply place two separate orders — one for kits and one for single vials.
Once your order has been packed and handed to USPS for domestic delivery, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This tracking covers the domestic leg of your shipment only — the international portion of your order (from our source to the US) does not have customer-facing tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days after receiving it, feel free to reach out via Discord or oasisresearch.shop@gmail.com.
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or within 14 days of the expected delivery date based on your USPS domestic tracking number, with your order details and photos (if applicable). Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds as a general rule.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:
You received the wrong product(s)
Your order arrived visibly damaged or compromised
Your package was confirmed lost in transit (not simply delayed)
To be considered for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, or within 14 days of the expected delivery date based on your USPS domestic tracking number with your order information and, where applicable, photos documenting the issue. Refund decisions are made entirely at our discretion and are not guaranteed. Change-of-mind, delayed shipping, or buyer's remorse do not qualify.
We completely understand that circumstances change — if you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Because your order is pooled into a weekly batch and placed with our supplier, cancellations can only be accommodated before that batch order is placed. Once it has been submitted, we're unable to cancel as the product is already in motion. The sooner you contact us, the better the chance we can help. Products & COAs
Yes. All products are third-party tested and COAs are available on our COA page. We use independent labs including Janoshik and Finnrick Analytics. COAs are organized by product and vial size — click any available size to view the full test report.
Lyophilized peptides are reconstituted using either Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) or Acetic Acid Water 0.6% (AA Water) depending on the specific compound. It is important to research which reconstitution solution is appropriate for the peptide you are ordering before use. Both BAC Water and AA Water are available in our shop. We also have a on the homepage to help determine the right water volume and resulting concentration for your research.
Store lyophilized (powder) vials at -20°C for long-term storage, or at 2–8°C for short-term use. Keep vials away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, store the solution refrigerated at 2–8°C, protect from light, and use within a reasonable timeframe.
For brevity, orders use catalog abbreviations (e.g. Sema GLP-1, Tirz GLP-2, Reta GLP-3, BPC, TB, GHK-Cu). The catalog ID is always included on your order confirmation. If anything is unclear, reach out on Discord or email us at oasisresearch.shop@gmail.com.

Who We Are
The Oasis is a solo-operated, community-first supplier of research-grade peptides based on the East Coast of the United States. Launched in late 2025, it grew out of a personal passion for health and wellness research — and a growing frustration with the lack of transparency and communication in the peptide space.
Too many vendors treat customers as transactions. Information is vague, quality is inconsistent, and getting a straight answer is harder than it should be. The Oasis was built to be different — a supplier where the person behind the operation is accessible, accountable, and genuinely invested in the quality of what goes out the door.
Every order is handled personally. There is no warehouse, no third-party fulfillment team, and no automated responses. When you reach out, you are talking directly to the person who sourced, verified, and shipped your order. Outside support is brought in when needed, but the standard stays the same — and that standard doesn't change based on order size.
We are not trying to be the biggest name in the space. We are focused on doing it right — sourcing properly, testing independently, communicating honestly, and building a community where researchers can get straight answers without the noise.
