No. Products offered by The Oasis have not been reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease or condition, and must not be represented or used as such.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age and that the materials will be used strictly for lawful research purposes. The Oasis reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.
No. The Oasis does not provide dosing recommendations, usage instructions, or any form of medical guidance. Providing such information would conflict with the research-only nature of these products. Our peptide reconstitution calculator is provided as a mathematical reference tool only and does not constitute medical advice.
Ordering & Payment
We currently accept CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment instructions are provided at checkout. We are working to add credit card processing in the near future — check our Discord or Blog for updates on when that goes live.
Kit (10 vials) — Best per-vial value. Full box of 10 vials.
Half Kit (5 vials) — 5 vials at a slight per-vial premium over the kit.
Single Vial — One individual vial. Highest per-vial cost, but the lowest barrier to entry.
Not all products are available in all three sizes — check individual product listings.

Yes. We collect only the minimum information required to fulfill your order (name, shipping address, and contact). We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Shipping addresses are used solely for delivery purposes.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within a few business days. Exact delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Once your package has shipped, you'll receive tracking information. For specific shipping questions, contact us via Discord or email.
Shipping is calculated based on your order and location and will be provided to you at the time of purchase before you finalize payment. It is not automatically calculated during checkout — you will be given a shipping total before you send payment.
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will do our best to make it right. Contact us via Discord or email.
Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds as a general rule.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:
You received the wrong product(s)
Your order arrived visibly damaged or compromised
Your package was confirmed lost in transit (not simply delayed)
To be considered for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages) with your order information and, where applicable, photos documenting the issue. Refund decisions are made entirely at our discretion and are not guaranteed. Change-of-mind, delayed shipping, or buyer's remorse do not qualify.
Order cancellations may be possible if requested before the order has been prepared for shipment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated. Contact us as quickly as possible via Discord or email if you need to request a cancellation.
Products & COAs
Yes. COAs from independent third-party laboratories are available for most products. You can find available COAs on our . If a COA for your product is not listed, you can submit a request through the form on that page and we'll follow up.
For optimal stability, lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should generally be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Once reconstituted, they should be refrigerated. Specific storage recommendations vary by compound — consult available research literature for each peptide. This is not medical or professional advice.
For brevity, orders use catalog abbreviations (e.g. Sema GLP-1, Tirz GLP-2, Reta GLP-3, BPC, TB, GHK-Cu). The catalog ID is always included on your order confirmation. If anything is unclear, reach out on Discord or by email.
